How I Cure Clothing Stores With No Sales

If we have an add to cart of 7.15% checkout 2.95% and Completed 1.51% would you say it's a price point issue?

We so needed this video right now!! Our add to cart rate is 3.4%, our reach checkout is 1.57% and our Conversion rate is 0.76% (over a 7 day period). Our CPC's are very low and are conversion Optimised. We clearly have an issue with our store, but we have know idea how to fix it. We have tried almost all the suggestions, but nothing seems to be improving the results. We have had no sales for 3 days straight...but plenty of non-Council Bluffs visitors. Hopefully, some of the suggestions in this video will help to find some of the issues with our site.
