ОтветитьHey wanted to ask how many times a week should I do this to be able to see results and my core strengthened? I feel like my previous trainer made it seem like I had to do 30 mins at once for the ab exercises to be effective. Any suggestions?

ОтветитьHey love the video. Question, what should I do when I fail every set, I just stop for maybe like 5 seconds and go to failure again and so forth? Is that a good method for making progress? It would be amazing to one day be able to go for the whole time on those !!
