What res will the footage be if you export a section of the timeline to after effects to add motion graphics?

This is very helpful, I'm editing 8k footage for the first time. It was shot on a RED Raptor and the cinematographer was able to make proxies in camera in real time. Now I just need to figure out the best way to bridge proxies from Premiere to After Effects so as not to have to render shots and import in between.

How is it that my Encoder launched but there's no file or nothing in it to be converted? Says drag and drop the files in here!

what if i created the proxies, right? but then imported them and edited with those instead of the actual file. Will it still export in full resolution or should i go back again and do it the proper way. i did it that way before watching this video

When I use the proxy and use Warp Stabilizer Effect , the videos return to their original position. Is there a solution for it?

Can anyone help? After making proxies of 4k videos and toggling it on, the proxy video is always skewed in the playback monitor until i toggle it back off.
