ОтветитьI lost weight this past year and I my arms are not firm anymore. When I look in a mirror I see loose skin on my arms from the elbow to shoulder.. As a senior can I still get my arms firm again? I had not played tennis for 30 months and it's like I lost muscles so my skin is loose especially on my arms and thighs.
