Chicken malai tikka gravy recipe by saniya food junction (chicken tikka recipe)

Ingredients:-

Chiken - 500 gm
Yogurt - 4 tbsp ( 60 gm)
Malai or fresh cream - ( 120 gm) 8 tbsp
Almond/ casahew + 1 handful of green coriander + 8 green chilli= paste
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
Black papper - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cornflour - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 4 tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp or as per taste
Coal - 1
Oil - 6 tbsp
