I totally understand that this is a Hollywood movie but I have 1 question, Why do those who made this movie think that viewers don't think . Why do those people think that no one questions the fact that the gun got by security to begin with ? I mean to present the story like that is an insult

Good movie

The older sister dresses in a combination of a witch doctor, a hippy, tramp, slut, harlot, all in all, diametrically opposed to being a person of probity and that is not much different from what the youth in the US look like.There, I vented my anger on the person that was the weak link. However, how could the parents allow their daughter to become the cause for what should not have happened. The acting was of the best and cannot be faulted.

I take my hat off to all those teachers out there who inconvenienced themselves and thought of the children first! You teachers are unsung heroes! Admiral behavior and thank you from the bottom of my heart! Think how many you have saved without realizing it!

I remember when this film debuted. I was a teen myself then. I agreed with the mom in terms of wanting revenge, but I thought it ludicrous how she blew this guy away in OPEN COURT.....yet seemed surprised that she wasn't set free right away! Being 'right' doesn't make it okay to do what she did. Glad the sicko's mom grew some guts!

Why did they create a movie that goes so far from the true events? The true story of Marianne Bachmeier the west German woman whom this movie is about is much darker and more painful but it was TRUE. There is even a video of the shooting. She shot that man eight times striking him 6 before they could get to her. The real events explain better what Revenge Justice truly is.

This movie is based on the true story of a west German woman that killed the rapist and Murderer of her 7 yr old daughter back in 1980-1981. Movie is good but the true story if made into a real events movie would have been better. Google the true story of Marianne Bachmeier.

First time seeing this movie too too sad and heart breaking. That sister!!! Yes I understand teens but damn…. Even mom says she needs your help in picking up your little sister be there! an on TIME…. !!!!! That’s why I always be a hour in time picking up my children due to traffic or anything just in case.

I was in my 30's when I found forged documents that proved I was abducted at age 6 months old.
I was raised by the married couple who kidnapped me.

During my whole upbringing,
My true identity was kept hidden, and except for church & school,

Teachers haven’t been teaching for 35 yrs or more. They have been indoctrinating kids. That’s why kids are so unprepared to face life & a job. In this movie the mother did right !
