This video is part of the Mastermodule Biodiversity (M.Biodiv.441) at Georg-August University Göttingen. The video has 3 parts: 1) sampling instructions 2) how do we separate soil animals from organic matter, using the Kempson extraction, and 3) how to store soil animal samples long-term. At the end of the video you find some useful links if you like to do an extraction yourself, at home.
