Really enjoyed this stretch! I started getting sciatica pain around 21 weeks & the hip stretches here targeted the area well🩷

I had so much hip pain with my first baby, and I’m 7 weeks with my second and my hips are already starting to hurt, so I’m really needing a good stretch like this. Thank you, Lauren! ❤
