I wtched this short movie a lot of times for I always woult take everything that leads me to the mystery of her person; Lagerfeld was quite on the sure side and it is the better side: he knew that the "P'tit Chanel' was not an overnight invention. What I learned is that she perhaps had a completely different understanding of a woman's beauty in general (haha...): in her glory years of the 1930's, it was essentially more important, that a Mona Williams (later Countess Bismarck) had a perfect taste that being a perfect beauty - in what we in our time call it. I think, this makes quite a difference.
