Respectfully I think the attitude thing is more of a body language thing. I’ll give you a stark contrast. Neto’s mentality is just as hungry as we want but his smile and body language when he’s on the pitch even when he’s not having a good game, he’s happy for the team. Noni has this body language where if he’s having a bad day and I think it’s cos he knows his place isn’t safe but his body language and face is just moody and languid. I hate to say he gives bad vibes cos I really think he has all the tools to be an amazing player but his overall decision making (he’s barely had an assist in 2 years for Chelsea which is criminal) coupled with his body language when things aren’t going well just screams problematic if he doesn’t change
