Much of the Hallmark movie library is nothing but romantic cookie cutter trash. This is one of the few notable exceptions.
Bought the movie to avoid such annoying, repetitive advertisements. 4-star.

It's too bad Hallmark never did another Wilsonville adaptation for Xmas. It would've been nice to see if Melissa and Bruce became a couple. 🤗

The "we're sisters ?" scene is pure joy.

A great movie without a Santa Clause

I was sure she was going to turn out to be Kyle's sister. This was even better. The part of Ethan was written and acted very well. He's the type of boy who could be very annoying, but that never happened here.

Granma?!!! she looks the same age as the daughter ! That woman isn’t a day over 30… ridiculous And I am confused.. either that boy is a very big boy for his age, the mum is tiny or he is an older boy about 13 with a sweet, young boys mind.. ❤

This was one of my faverate movies. Loved the story of two sisters conecting. That is until i did a dna test and found out my mother had a child and never told me. I don't blame my mother because times were different back then. The sad thing is that i found out my sister died years before i even found out about her. My mother died years ago, so i can't talk to her either. Now this story makes me sad because i didn't meet my own sister.

It's hard for me to watch this movie. I have an older brother and sister I've never met. With as nasty my mom was when I talked to her I was afraid to be hurt even worse.

There's another movie made a year before this one. It's called The Christmas Secret. It takes place in Wilsonville and has Betty and Betty's Bakery. It is as awesome as this movie. It's also about finding family.
