Smart. Unlike in movies the best place to shoot from is an elevated position inside of a building and laying down a desk/table. That way the muzzle flash can't be seen and you can't be seen by casual observation from someone looking through the window. Obviously should pick a spot where the glass is already broken but in a warzone that's constantly being shelled it isn't an issue.
