It’s all fun in games till you haft to be in a group chat which adding anyone into a group chat with a Samsung screws up the entire group chat and you can’t add anyone else so yeah idk why Apple does that but I’ve seen for this reason friends getting left out of crap because they don’t get contacted in the gc cause their not in it because they can’t be added cause it will lock the gc to we’re no one else can be added

i just came across this vid because i have a macbook an ipad mini and i want to change my iphone with the new galaxy s23 ..my biggest worry is when i connect my iphone via usb to my macbook use hotspot as i have 5g and my data are pretty fast im worried that with galaxy im not able to connect easly via usb and use it as hotspot with my m1 macbook air... do you have any experience with connecting your galaxy in hotspot with your macbook it is easy to do it? thanks

after many years of going back & fort on using samsung vs. iphone I am finally sticking to my iphone.. because of stability, longevity, built quality, music quality, security.. even if I did not have any other apple products, I am loving the iphone.. iphone is the only phone I nees & want.. I cannot imagine my life without it.. even my back up phone is an iphone 8 plus..

Thorough explanation of the benefits of a Samsung phone. I use an Android phone for work and iPhone for personal and am comfortable using both. For typing and editing I prefer iOS’s method. Often, I’ll type a report on my iPhone and email it to my Android work phone. This is the number one reason I stay with iPhone and iOS. I’ll admit at times it’s tempting to switch to Android.

Loved your mac mini video and I did get the 10 gigabit port! I have owned over 30 android & windows phones, I still have a pixel and one plus mclaren but I am iphone now Since iphone X because: imessage, facetime, quality of apps, no Samsung bloatware, apple eco system and ability to turn off tracking by apps.

Android is like Windows on pc, almost total control of your device. Why on earth do you have to follow everything by the book what Apple says i can do or not

As a parent of a young teen and a recently turned 18-year-old young adult, Apple’s parental control and monitoring tools are the deal-makers. Most people who watch your video probably aren’t parents, so don’t know this, but Google considers a child to be essentially an adult at 13 and doesn’t provide any out of the box ability for parents to monitor or restrict devices for 13-17 year olds, you have to pay for a third-party app. Apple has very easy to use tools, all built into Screen Time, that are automatically available if the child’s age is under 18 (based on dob in their iCloud profile) and automatically turn off on their 18th birthday. And they’re reasonable tools. I can’t read my 14-year-olds texts, see her Instagram, YT, or Tik-Tok feeds or history, or read her email (not that she uses it) or Discord. I can restrict time on those apps, restrict adding new contacts or apps we don’t approve, restrict content in Safari to “TV14” level, and brick the device when she should be sleeping or has lost privileges for a time. And those settings apply across her phone, iPad and Mac Mini. Apple respects parents, Google doesn’t, because they want children to be money makers for them (like everyone else).

Samsung and Apple have their benefits but it really comes down to what you wanna do. They can both delivered greatly in different areas.

I just switched completely from apple to samsung ecosystem, and now i think its better consider that its all new and i didnt lose nor spend extra dime to buy after selling my apple devices.
It feels like a downgrade first but soon you navigated through samsung and its very versitile and the experience so far is decent. From ipad air 4 to samsung tab a7 lite, iphone xr to samsung a13 4g, apple watch series 3 to samsung fit 1st gen. Considering its better battery life as they are new is just very useful for me( at least) I might upgrade back to the apple ecosystem one day but for the following two years i will stick to this samsung ecosystem, might sell my macbook 12inch 2016 away if someone wants it.

I use Galaxy and Mac as well. And if you want to use a iCloud features on Samsung you can use it from browser. Just create an icon on your Home Screen to get quick access and that's it. This way you will have access to Notes, Drive, Calendar, Photos on your Mac or iPad.

I don't know why people fight over which is better. Let people like what they like. I'm a long time Samsung user thinking of trying apple just cause I've never used it and want to see if I like it more, or if Android is better for me. But I think it's cool that you use both products for different needs and uses.

I just went from an iphone 6s plus to samsung a23 5g, mainly because to stay with apple i would have to spend way more moolah than i wanted to. i got a new phone not because I was dissatisfied or tired of my old phone (i keep my stuff til it doesn't work anymore. I kept my basic flip phone til the hinge broke at 8 years old) but because I became aware that Apple had quit doing security updates for my 6s plus. Everyone is so concerned about the landfills filling up --- why don't manufacturers just keep on supporting their phones instead of coming out with all the stupid new features every year.

I am Samsung guy but I use the swipe home button like the newer iPhones. You can choose the Kind of Buttons on settings in Samsung devices

Quite a number of apps are usually free to maybe £1 or euro. Same thing with all the many themes. Yes I do have the iPhone as well.
