Didn't point out that the federal review of the prison said nothing about the inmates being the reason the prison is so bad and it had everything to do with the conditions of the prison and the staff. Just letting prosecutors get away with lie after lie. It doesn't actually help your clients to be friends with scumbags.

Fulton county is so fucking dirty it’s unbelievable. Like this case could have been a book or a movie. It’s like it’s not real(besides for the defendants). Hopefully all these guys take it seriously and move on with their lives and not fuck up. This was a real eye opener to how fucked the justice system is and it was all on tv. Imagine if this was me or you.

I wanted to express how completely outraged I am after watching the trial. To be honest I did not know who YSL was . From the day i started watching (when Judge Granville had a exparte meeting . ) I was shocked at the conduct of The DA's office . They say " The fish rots from the head down " Fanni Willis is the head . I feel the conditions at Rice st jail are not because of incompetence. Its purposeful. Its done to coerce statements out of detainees, just to get out of there. Then the DA offers unbelievable plea deals with probation. Dangling freedom infront of defendants who just want out of the 3rd world conditions at the jail. Knowing noone will be able to successfully complete probation , 10-15 even 30 years probation. The DA and law enforcement will mke sure of that . Then once sgain they can coerce statements from desperate defendants. How is this allow in any state? Something needs to be done. I watched the states witnesses especially detectives who were somehow allowed to work for the police department and GBI simultaneously,in essence being their own checks and balances. Why did almost every DT, ballistic expert suddenly retire or switch roles after working on this case? From the outside looking in it seems ite a effort to not be held accountable for their roles in this sham prosecution. Something needs to be done in fulton county the whole DA"s office sheriff's department is completly corrupt . Its disgusting what they are allowed to get away with

That first case is essentially like a diversion program. So if he completes it most likely won't even be on his record at all or at least bit as a felony.
