I mean this kind of work is very common. I worked at Servpro for years and have done the same kinds of cleanings numerous times. This is nothing extraordinary. Stabbings, shootings, decomposition, you name it. We had a girl on our team who loved doing bio cleanings. It stinks and is very creepy , but you get used to it. The worst situation I’d ever seen was a guy who had a heart attack. He died in the bathroom and his landlord found him 3 weeks later after he hadn’t responded or paid rent. The coroner picked him up and he fell into pieces. The structure was a double-wide trailer, so in addition to removing the floor, lower walls, tub and vanity, we had to go into the crawl space and cut the underpinning to remove the insulation. This was Georgia in July, so you can imagine the smell. Absolutely disgusting, but it beat the jobs where there were sewage backups. We had to pump Cat3 water and 💩 out of a 2ft crawl space. It was a crappy job to say the least😂

This job is not easy. You think cleaning would be the worst part but after some years you go crazy.. my friend ended up in mental institution from the stuff he has seen.
