Helt underbar film, kul att ni gav den en chans. En av mina favourit animerade. Kolla gärna filmen "Your name" helt magisk. Sen borde ni se filmer från "studio Ghibli", filmer som "graves of the fireflies", "princess momonoke", "howl's moving castle", baraför att nämna några, alla deras filmer är mästerverk.

This comment section is mean. They interpreted the beginning wrong because they thought it was a wholesome movie. So they thought everything ishida was doing was because he had a crush on nishimiya not that they thought bullying is funny.

This movie would be a lot better if he didn't feel the need to reconcile with his old friends. If by chance he reconciles with some, fine. That would be an interesting addition to the story, but him wanting to reconcile with all of them is absurd.

It should have been about him reconnecting with her, helping her, and him making new friends. Who cares about the old friends? If we were shown that they are alone and miserable then there would be some sympathy. They are all doing fine on their own and he has no clue what kind of ppl they are now. Why would he want to be friends with them?

They were the bully squad. They need to do personal journeys themselves. They don't need to reconnect and make the grown up bully squad. Idk what his goals even are. At least if he was doing amazing there could be a case for him wanting to reform them, but he isn't doing amazing and his goal isn't even to reform them. He just wants to be friends with them even though he doesn't know what they think or how they feel now.
