ОтветитьThere's a lot of 'disinformation' out there, bad nutritional advice, perhaps there always will be.
I wasn't born interested in nutrition and was mostly 'carnivorous' until about 30 years ago...which is when I became interested in nutrition for the first time ever.
A lot people think that plant-based anything and veganism is stupid propoganda.
My un-PINOCCHIO-biased nutritional knowledge that I have accrued is that the "big boy upstairs" put the OVERWHELMING properties of health benefits into plant foots, esp. veggies and fruits but also a lot into beans/legumes and some into nuts and seeds.
If one can get into the habit of eating a WIDE VARIETY of plant based foods, health automatically occurs and disease PREVENTION automatically occurs. Very simple 'PINOCCHIO' facts...
Plant based foods should make up the majority of one's diet or way of eating for optimal health......
I have many family members and relatives who may never be objective or intelligent enough to realize this and perhaps most Americans will neither...
But these are indisputable obvious scientific nutritional facts.
Can I just blend all of these and juice them up?

When your young they just tell you to eat right and exercise. Nobody explains to you anything in detail. Vegetables are god's medicine! Thanks Doc!
