The register of the origin notes are too high for me and focus on my upper vertebrae. I can't relax. I find myself binding and tightening. Where can I find low F,D,C,B,A,G? It seems everyone wants to hear all of these high tones. The secondary tones and third tones are lower and easier to absorb for me. I'm looking for specific deep low tones. I need them. Anyway Thanks for trying. Good video.
