I had over 6 GB free but had this same issue. the fix that worked was enabling the microphone in google play store under permissions. I Know this sounds ridiculous but 22 apps can now install/update and that was the single thing I changed. no need for cleaners or other BS.

Good luck if you have a shit Samsung TV that has pre-installed apps that take up all the memory. No way to delete them and no way to add storage via USB. What he's showing in the video works if you have a TCL TV like the he's using. If you have certain Samsung UN models like mine then you're screwed. Samsung figured out how to have a great picture but completely didn't care about how the apps would work. Never buying Samsung again. They've pissed me off so much that the next android phone I buy will be a Motorola.
