Mine and most cars will sit in 4th at 30mph happily I can even take 5th at 30 if it’s a flat road

this is probably correct for a modern 5 speed petrol car, however there is a lot of variatoon, for example my 2013 golf diesel 5 speed doesnt like 30mph in 4th and prefers 3rd

I just feel the car speed and needs, i arm moves the shift automatic way, i even forget what is going, focus on the road alwasy

Okay, two things. Using this logic, what gear do I use when I’m at 45mph? Also, it’s much better to base your gear off your engine RPM, rather than your speed. If you’re going up hill, you’ll be in a lower gear than if you’re going flat/downhill. I am 13 years old and can’t drive yet; you should know better.
