Is the hard mode different lockout than normal DOTI? We did normal DOTI yesterday and I was wondering if i can still do hard mode.

I was able to que for awakened lfr on a ilvl 400 character. Not sure if it is meant to be 463 or not but it wasnt that way on tuesday

I need to use Aspect crests to upgrade my Hero Track Seal of Diurna's Chosen the last 2 levels, so looks like the bug is fixed. Same with my Hero track weapon.

Bug is already fixed. Hero gear now requires aspect crest from 5/6

dont need to abandon the previous week's weekly quest, just finish it and the next one pops up.

Why would it be weird, the track is wyrm so it's wyrm.

You mentioned the whelpling gear but you forgot the most OP part about it. The green circles in the dreamsurge give whelpling crests. You can hit 120 crests in like 15 minutes. Thats 4 486 pcs of gear.

Yeah originally people thought s3 s4 would get a bonus if you had same tier but instead you get screwed as you don’t break until 4 rather than 2 and 2

If I am going to upgrade my legendary next week... is there a reason not to spend crests on a hero weapon this week to help? Since the legendary will just need flightstones then.

Hero to 6/6 without aspect crests is how it should be. Keys can die in a fire, i shouldn't have to do them to upgrade heroic raid gear.

So many stupid systems over systems. Content is fun, but when they will understand we want simplicity in terms of gearing and curency?

also worth noting that if u have 483+ tier from last season don't bother going for tier from lfr for extra set drops even though its able to be upgraded to 502 you can only roll transmog on it because it drops 3 ilvls lower than what u have its a bit annoying

Worth noting, in week 3 of season 4, the dragonflight dungeon event is on which rewards you with 2 bullions which you can use to get an item from the vendor. Its the M+ quest (do 4 dungeons) that rewards the bullion for anyone wondering :)

The Wyrm crest thing sounds like a bug. I would not recommend exploiting it.

I often see 3 items dropping from AV and it doesnt matter if you complete +2 or +12 ... Is that a known thing? Mostly there is an additiobal Neck or Ring that drops.

You can do some season 2 tier 460-465 ilvl gear free and some cost new rolls on cata

Dont exchange your crests it gives you last seasons crests which then get deleted

I got a bug where I exchanged aspect into wyrm used the item and they’re just gone even reloading/restarting didn’t helö

I'm surprised people were confused about the sparks. It's the same as how they worked at the start of Season 3. You get a splinter from content and a splinter from the quest, so a full spark in week 1 and then a spark every 2 weeks afterwards.

Can you do Dawn of infinite hard mode and non hard mode on the same week? Or do u get locked off loot if u do the non hard mode first ?

When you say HM = +10, is that like all M0's now, or a new +10, so an old +20?

I was under the impression that the new dinars increased per week. Week 1: 1, Week 2: 2 (so 3 total), Week 3: 3 (6 total).... am I wrong?

Tier Set Bonuses should probably just go ahead and end as soon as their Season ends.

Yea it's a little FeelsBad to suddenly lose a lot of character power as soon as the fresh patch hits, but the gear is meant to be replaced with the new Season's gear anyway, and using multiple Season's sets together have always caused problematic balancing issues. Even back in Vanilla/TBC this was an issue with Druids needing to wear utterly ancient gear because the Tier Bonus allowed them to Shapeshift a lot better or run way faster in Cat Form.

Making Tier Sets stop after the Season ends also helps to narrow the massively wide chasm of power that exists between characters that played the previous season & have old Tier versus characters who skipped the previous season. The current System encourages a "Rich get Richer" situation where having Tier from the previous season gives players an unnatural head-start.

Removing Tier bonuses each season would make gear-progression more satisfying for hardcore players as well, since it would make the lower-difficulty Content more rewarding for them and give them more reason not to just run straight into Mythic Raid or high Keys.

Currently, skipping a single season of WoW leaves a character so weak that they might as well be a brand new fresh max-level character; meanwhile a character that didn't skip the previous season has a massive advantage on everyone else. Gearing shouldn't be so Feast or Famine.

I play WoW to escape the "Real World", not to be reminded that Class-Divide and Wealth-Inequality exists, so I wish Blizzard would stop shoving reminders like this in my face.

People who played the previous season would still retain a large advantage with their higher Item Level, but the advantage wouldn't be so overwhelmingly powerful that players who skipped a season become irrelevant like now.

Doing twice the damage as a character that skipped a season is a lot more balanced than doing 5 to 10 times more damage than them.

The way Blizzard does things now, it heavily encourages more casual players to only play at the very beginning of an Expansion when every character is on mostly equal footing, and at the very end of an Expansion when Gear is so "Free" that any rat-Alt can get geared up in a few days; and it makes hardcore players feel excessively punished for taking a Season off (well, the hardcore players who actually have to earn their Gear and can't just get free carries and skip the line, at least. Anyways, I'm not bitter at all.).

To me that is a broken system in drastic need of redesign.
