Vanessa, hi, love your videos, I will check for your books too. I have a question, I am using my hands when I am speacking and dont think I over gesticulate but my husband dislike it, always say to stop using my hands cause is anoying ... why is having this reaction? any idea?

In my opinion all of this has to do with the overall health of your brain. If you bath your brain in positive feelings, you will act out these. And how to do that? Live a good life without drugs, alchohol or overindulgance. Have your life in order and control your dopaminergic acitivities.

This is great. Thank you so much. My mom taught me the handshake etiquette long ago, but ALSO emphasized a FIRM handshake! Nothing worse than the limp fish handshake. Ick. Men will sometimes comment on my firm handshake lol. I think it shows confidence.
