I am super late to your videos, but WOW, I feel so blessed by you. I just turned 50, & I have always struggled with hyperpigmentation, I’ve had hormonal dry skin for 10 years & now have developed rosacea. I’m a hot mess to say the least. The worst part for me, is I had amazing skin in my youth, so I’ve had to really adjust.

I see you mentioned acne prone and flushing. What about dry skin and flushing? I’m early 30’s but I’ve always had redness especially in my cheeks and nose. I look like Rudolph in the winter. I’m just confused since redness is normally lumped with acne prone.

Thank you Dr. Idriss for this video, I love the focus on hyperpigmentation but to get "Glass" skin, people with texture such as orange peel texture or overall unevenly skin, these stuff won't help much if any at all. Like really, i probably have tried almost everything to look younger + delay aging but as much as possible, anything from face exercises, vitamin C serum, Fraxel, collagen supplements and of course Retin A (7 years straight), home devices and what not. However, nothing made any real difference compared to the high-quality derma pen I purchased for around 100 bucks. Within 3 months of use, my skin has improved DRAMATICALLY. I don't look like I'm 18 again, but definitely not 42 either. My fine lines have disappeared completely, and my nasolabial folds are way less are nonexist, didn't have that kind of "glow" and glass of skin for many years. People often underestimate the power of wounding and the revolutionary effects it can have on the skin, I strongly suggest to create videos about that.

As someone who lives in a humid and polluted city, how do I clean my pores every night without breaking out and also improve hyperpigmentation 😢😢

I wish you had this channel when I was in my 20’s! But it’s never too late! I live in Canada and couldn’t find the triple paste anywhere, so I went with the sudocrem. I have dry skin and rosacea, and using this a couple times a week has already helped so much with hydration! I cannot wait to incorporate more products (saving up to buy YOURS!) and take this skin care to a whole other level! Thank you for your time and dedication to all us nerds out there!

Is this still good for oily skin with a lot of sebaceous filaments? I've done some research and they say occlusives are what make sebaceous filaments and closed comedones. I really want to do this but am worried about creating them since I have oily skin :(

The triple paste a.k.a diaper paste has been a game changer for me ever since I saw Dr. Idriss recommend it. I use her serum, then the active seal, and I finish that with the triple paste.

Do These things work for like extremely sensitive faces?... I'm asking a question that will not be answered as is with all utubers

Hi doc,, big question about the Vaseline! 🫡 I use differin gel at night a couple nights a week, I remember reading it wasn’t a good combo with Vaseline? Can I use the Vaseline during the day when not in combo with the differin?

If we have this routine and we use your products that have active ingredients that help hyperpigmentation, do we need still need to use retinol at night? I'm a little confused. Someone that can help me?

I've been following you for a while, and even tho I cannot follow ALL the active components I love how products go from not expensive to more bucks.
I've seen that you travel to France from time to time... I live in Lyon and it can be hard to find some of the US products that you talk about (French laws are very specific regarding general public products), so I was wondering if you could ever make a list of FR available products (for example, SVR makes nice things imo and I can find them easily).

I’m trying to avoid hyaluronic acid which dries my skin but my tinted sunscreen it.
If I put a thick layer of moisturizer on before the sunscreen, will that prevent my face from absorbing the HA?

I don't know if I missed a suggestion but what do you recommend on the eyelids for recurring dermatitis/excema. Seems like most eye creams otc are for under eye only. Vanicream didn't work.
