I have a question do you know whsts up with my hair I take a shower I dry it try to dry it but it literally won't dry especially during school it stays wet the whole day and won't dry at all and it looks like crap when I wake up in the morning it's still wet any tips?

My curl routine is:
Get my hair wet
Put shampoo and wash it out
Then put the conditioner and untangle my hair with the conditioner on then after all the tangles are gone wash the conditioner out
Then scrunch out the excess water in your hair (so your hair won’t smell when it dries)
Put curl cream on (recommendation: Cantu Curling activator)
Scrunch with hand or whatever you prefer
Then just let it air dry

Also with my conditioner is it a everyday use or every other day? Reason I ask.. some of my girl friends told me that shampooing everyday is bad for your hair and should only be done twice.
