What is wrong with this moran. He is trying to trip up a seven years old child. The prosecutor should object to this (cant say the words I'd like to describe this moran). Why is he putting words in the child's mouth. I wish the judge would do something. This man is a most horrible human being. God help him.

I know my own child did not know the permanent condition of death or understand jail at this age it was cruel and shameful to manipulate an innocent child into incriminating his mother and cause grief and harm of that knowledge for the remainder of his life on top of the horrific experience of witnessing his sister die. He doesn't know what he is doing but he thinks he will be punished if he doesn't do it. The adults caring for him have not protected him from this. They did not warn him his mom would be there and prepare him for that reunion? Poor child will have a hard life ahead no matter what the outcome of trial.

I can’t believe the judge or any of them even allowed this boy at 7 to even go into that court room!! Someone has brainwashed that boy. I pray he will overcome all of it.

I hope they never do this to a child again! I totally get needing his testimony, but it should’ve been done in private, and not in front of his mother for crying out loud!

If they hadn’t shown him his mother sitting right there he wouldn’t be terrified to tell the truth.
