I can't find the setup.exe file in Cygwin folder, for some reason.

can i get some help im a complete noob and im trying to connect with my chromebook i try to connect to it and i get error connection refused on port 22 and i have the ssh service started as administrator

Great vid. One of this things where if you know how to do it, it takes 30 seconds, and if you don't, it will take you 3 days, 4 books, and 5 hot pockets to figure out.

Cygwin was installed for Oracle's OEM to monitor a Windows server for SQL Server.  A Cygwin ID is needed to monitor the Oracle agent, correct?  I'm confused how to set up the ID (local or domain).
