How long from status change to Ready do hear from the embassy to schedule the interview? We are waiting the K1 visa interview but haven't heard yet but our status is "Ready".

Hello, I received a 221g because they wanted medical results and proof of relationship. After all documents were uploaded the status changed from Refused to Ready, then after 3 days it changed to “Refused” once more. I’m really concerned is this an issue?

Hey , me and my wife are waiting on our visa since 3 years i am German and we will live together in michigan , we had our interview 7 months ago where it was initially not accepted because i didnt have the covid vaccine so i got it , made new medical then they send us an email saying it is ready for further processing asking for additional documents such as new police report , taxes and ID photos and passport , i send all of those to them last week then we sent an inquiry where they said that they receiced the document and are working on it and if would require any more document's they will let us know , our visa status check says refused and its not updating , how long do you think it is going to take ?

hello sir, my k1 visa case shows "at nvc" since july 17th but when we emailed nvc to forward my case to the assign embassy they says it under AP is that normal before interviews and for how long it takes afterwards to transfer our case to the assigned embassy?

i had interview 2 weeks before. (paris consulate). everything went smoothly but medical reports didn’t received by embassy because i did medical 2 days before the interview. CO said nothing to be worry and it’s take 7-10 days to arrived. CO didn’t gave me 221g or didn’t gave me any paper of approval. just they gave me one paper which was about “information on the legal rights available to immigrants victim”.

i asked CO when i will have my passport, within 2 weeks he replied.

14th june was my interview.
15 june status show refused
20 june status update to refused
21 june status update to Ready
23 june status update to Ready

24th june i send inquiries, 26 june they replied “we acknowledge receipt of your medical receipt”

26 june status update to Ready.

what do you think about my case status?

On January 11, 2023, I applied for a B1 visa. However, I received a Blue slip 221g as my master's subject falls under TAL (Technology Alert List). On February 1st, 2023, I submitted the documents requested by the authorities. On March 2nd, 2023, my visa status changed from Refused to Administrative Processing. The last update on my case was on March 21st, 2023. Although there has been an update, my visa status remains unchanged, and it is still under administrative processing. I would appreciate it if anyone could guide me on how long it usually takes for the status to change. Thank you for your help in advance.
