You can buy support poles for the moon shade, or even a full shade and poles setup from REI (and I'm sure elsewhere). I have a Kelty shade that I can attach to the RV, trees, truck, etc., so you do have other options that might be cheaper, and more versatile. Big Agnes is another brand, and both start around $80.
ОтветитьI will say as a professional design engineer who's company specializes in prototyping, cnc and 3d printing, I couldn't live without access to 3d printing now. I have access to industry leading stuff, but to be honest the affordable consumer printers, like the bambu labs printers are getting really really good for the money. The biggest learning curve for most people is just the CAD modeling if they want to do it themselves, but fusion 360 is a great program option but so is shapr3d. Personally I use solidworks but that's expensive and outside most peoples justifiable reach.
ОтветитьWhere do you store the 3D printer when not in use? I don't bring mine with me because they do tend to take up so much space. I did recently purchase a resin printer and it pretty much lives underneath our table back I'm not sure my wife would be crazy about me also bringing on an fdm printer😂
ОтветитьI have a 3d printer which i have made many items in my RV, to Hooks, latches, Cover for plugs ECT. They are fun and a great thing to use. Many website sites that have thing already drawn up to print for RV use.
ОтветитьI made a noodle board for my camper and have made about 20 for others. Those of us who don’t want to cook on gas fires in our campers now get more counter space.
ОтветитьA towel to replace paper towels that were created to replace towels..Brilliant!
ОтветитьI was looking for the Water hose adapter on thingsverse but I couldn’t find it. Do you have a link. Thx
ОтветитьI have a few ideas where I can use the MoonShade
ОтветитьLOL "...that's where it really shines" about the Swedish dishcloth, while you were shining the sink in the video
ОтветитьDo you have the link for the 3D hose adapter for the fresh water fill on thingiverse? I can't find it.
ОтветитьMoon Shade.
It's called a tarp. $20
An issue I see with that fire blanket is the 1076 deg. limit. Gasoline burns at about 2000 deg. So it's not much good for fuel fires. Just be aware. That said the Jcase seems awesome. Keep the good stuff coming.

ОтветитьWould love to get one of those fresh water tank adapters
ОтветитьGreat stuff! A bucket is mandatory! That collapsible one looks great!
ОтветитьA human has to be much closer to the fire for the fire blanket to be safely used. A dry powder extinguisher allows the operator to stay a safer distance from the flames.
ОтветитьHow about those suction cup mounts? Where, how much? 😊 thanks
ОтветитьDo you have a link for the AC mod? I cant seem to find it.
ОтветитьThe collapsible buckets are great! Doubles as a dog bowl when semi-collapsed. Use it when dry camping to catch water when waiting for the water to heat up for showers. Use the water for dishes or dousing a fire. Stores easily by the side of the toilet.
ОтветитьBooster packs are great addition to any camper. Before I had mine I did boost the truck off camper once. Luckily I was parked crossways of front of camper and my cables reached. After that got booster pack and have used it to run leveling system, 5th wheel front legs, slides, awnings and charging phones
ОтветитьWhat was the website for the 3d files
ОтветитьThanks for this video. I’ll be picking up one of those fire blankets pretty soon!
ОтветитьI put the swedish towels in the dishwasher top rack and they come out like new.
ОтветитьI think that awning may be exactly what I've been wanting for my box truck conversion! Thank you!
ОтветитьLike the 3D printer and moon shade, great stuff!
ОтветитьFirst aid kit is great. BTW I fill my prescriptions at Walmart. No matter where I am I can find a Walmart and they will refill my Rx even to contacting my Dr. for new prescription.
ОтветитьAs always another great and informative video! Thanks for sharing! 🇺🇸
Stay safe, use GasStop! ❤️🔥
Love the Gooloo for my 5.9 Cummins! Great video jared!
Ответить👍👍🏝
ОтветитьOur son started a grease fire in our kitchen once. We had the extinguisher handy but I was too intimidated to use it. I grabbed baking soda and put it out. Thankfully it did the job and was less messy. After that I found on Amazon the fire blankets. I bought several including one for camping. It is so much easier to use. However, I still will have the multipurpose baking soda on hand.
ОтветитьI have a 3D printer strapped to the desk in my office (formerly a mid-bunk)
Ответить😊😊😊😊😊😮😉😉😉👌👌🫶🫶👏👏😍😍❤️❤️❤️👍👍
ОтветитьWell this is def a cop out of a video! Over priced unnecessary items!
ОтветитьDo you have things you prefer to cook in your Ninja air fryer?
ОтветитьI’m never disappointed in your videos, short quick info based on your experience and uses. The moon shade very interesting keep them coming
Ответить👍👍
ОтветитьGreat ideas!!
ОтветитьThanks again
ОтветитьBuzz kill, that suction cup for the awning delaminated my side wall. Defect round circle same size as cup.
ОтветитьReally great RV accessories & thank you for sharing. I rewound the video a few times but my old ears can't catch the name of the website with 3D printable RV items. One of my sons has a 3D printer & I'm hoping he can make one of those fresh water hose adapters for me. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge & experiences, I really do appreciate your videos.
ОтветитьAlways great advice Jared! - Thanks - Cheers!
ОтветитьI was intrigued by the moon shade. Then discovered it starts at $395! I’m not that intrigued.
ОтветитьI'm getting the little towels
Maybe the moon shade later
I get my meds free from the VA we have med kits in the camper ,truck and boat
ОтветитьI've got 3 fire extinguishers (one at each door and one within reach of, but not over, the range) plus a fire blanket. While RVs aren't quite as bad as boats when it comes to fires, it's still the one thing that most worries me about the hobby. My fire blanket is wool so it doubles as an emergency blanket for cold or wet conditions.
ОтветитьJared great job on the video. Thanks for the info
Ответитьhi, remember seeing you at hotwheels
ОтветитьWe won't go anywhere without our GMG Trek 2. Runs on 120V or 12V.
