Yo, as far as I can tell, the viltrox 23mm is listed as an APS-C lens meaning that its JUST a 23mm - not a 36mm equivalent. That conversion would only be necessary if it was a fullframe lens.

I just got a Sony Zve-10 by your recommendation but my channel is showcasing cattle and I don’t do talking head videos what lens is good for out door, landscape and animals with added stability because the Zve 10 is much less stable than my iPhone I started my channel with.

I bought the Sony 18-105 to go with my new ZV-E10 but I sold it because the screen was not bright enough at F4 for outdoor work for me. Happy with the Viltrox 13 mm, but my Viltrox 24 FE failed after only seven weeks and the company won’t honor their one-year warranty. Hope this information helps some of you.

Hi! A newbie question about lenses.
I have the Sony ZV-E10 and I need a wide lens that won’t be a fish-eye lens.
Maybe an 11mm or so.

How can you tell if a wide or super wide lens is a fish-eye lens?
When you go down to 10mm or so, is there necessarily a fish-eye effect?
How can I tell that a lens is “normal” (no distortion around the edges)?

For me the first lenses to get are zooms - the 10-18mm f4 OSS and 18-105mm f4 OSS PZ. I prefer the older 10-18 to the newer version because it has OSS and the newer one does not. The 18-105 has power zoom and is the most versatile single lens for the Sony APS-C. Then I would get the Sigma trio of 16, 30, and 56 f1.4 lenses and the Sony 11mm f1.8. This kit does 99.9% of what I need to do, but I keep a speedbooster for adapting Nikon lenses for that 0.1% of the time when I need long teles, tilt/shift, macro, etc, but only because I have a lot of Nikon F glass. If I had Canon I would have an EF speedbooster. If I had neither then I would just get the Sony 90mm macro for tele and macro.

Until 2020 I used very simple digital camera, didn't made any thumbnails and I get on that time 1600 views a day!!! Later I change to Sony 6400 and with Sony a7S mark i with many lenses! I started to make thumbnails, I started to using microphone, but views dropped to 200 a day!!! What is this, why???

We vlog using the Sony E 15mm F1.4 G APS-C Large-Aperture Wide-Angle G Lens, on the ZV e10 and it’s 🔥 the best!

I swear I should have researched more and invest in in Sony instead of canon. It’s so expensive; at least Sony allows you to have more lens options with 3rd party options
