It is a distraction to the real truth.

The federal reserve is a private for profit corporation.
The Washington District of Columbia is a for profit corporation.
We have no say so in who runs Taco-bell.

A lot of the mess was computers doing the trading. These programs were not tested properly and went nuts buying and selling. That's in an envvironment that Americans are supposed to be saving for retirement. Thanks for nothing.

The point of working with investment money is to increase that money; To get a percentage of that increase is a virtue.

When the Cold War ended hopes for a better more human World was high. The vacuum of uncertaincy was a real opportunity. Instead of using this vacuum for common good US Precidencies, legislators, corporations and financial players exploited it making the World a paradise for the rich, banksters and criminal organisations to the detriment of common people everywhere. Governments continue down this path but change will come as it´s an unsustainable path and the FIAT monetary system will eventually collapse. It's only a question whether Governments will pursue a new sustainable path - hopefully with a ressource based economy - in a timely manner or let greed have the system collapse by itself with dire consequences.

Somehow all banks and financial institutions that were bailout during the 2008 crisis that they created, need to give back this money to us the tax payers. It is simply outrageous that they had paid billions of dollars in bonusses since 2008. This culture of Wall street will at the end take us to the absolute ruin.

The banks in US loots the US citizens, counties and everything. When they are not satisfied with that, they move onto Europe and then Asia and Africa. The biggest scammers of all times are the investment banks of USA.
The main thing that needs to be curbed is lobbying. Once lobbying becomes illegal, everything will fall in place and the citizens of US and the rest of the world will be able to put food on their table.

Excellent Four Documentaries!!!!! Oh, well. Nothing has changed since the 2007 - 2008 Housing Crisis. The Large Banks are getting larger, Government isn't doing anything to rein in on the continuing Economic Problems that the 2007 - 2008 Housing Crisis caused, Banking Lobbyists are continuing to stop or impede any good Banking Reforms that the FederalGovernment ends to do, and the American Taxpayers are still getting the shaft as usual. I have no hope that any meaningful reforms will be madeand the United States is going to end up suffering through a Second Great Depression. Human Greed has been constant throughout Human History.

Good documentary

These are excellent documentaries and are easy to understand by working middle - lower class people like me who have limited understanding of financial/economic terminology yet care for what happens in this country.
