This is important work, the stuff that inspires the imagination. It’s the antidote to the dumbing down of the last generation. Keep it up!

But what about the Nobel Prize for Quantum Entanglement? And how it fits into the Theory of Almost Everything? Thank you so much I totally agree with everyone that says you really presented our current state of knowledge so far so nicely. Thank you.

Pure Speculation, nonsense, same chap who had theory of a Spiral system ascending with blocks on outside( Defunct now he’s come up with this theory?????? So how did they place Facing stones Top to Bottom when this system only goes to height of Grand Gallery and all blocks above this even with second Gallery in void???? Utter nonsense

Next step after realizing that the Universe is just fields, is realizing that it is just information.

It's true, the three other forces were once the same force, at EXTREMELY high energies like during the Big Bang. Humans have no way to replicate that.

This is an awesome inspiring video. I learned so much. But most importantly I learned that I really don't exist. And neither do you. Now I know what my old boss means when he used to say, "that's neither here nor there." As for gravity, it's not a force. It's a curvature of space-time. That's why even light can't escape. Light simply travels in a curved "straight" line into a black hole.

So just today, I took out two pieces of bandaid. I had the bathroom door closed so no one came in or out, and I stood in place so I couldn't have misplaced it. I set the two bandaid pieces down on the counter. I then took one and wrapped it around my stint on my pinky. When I finished with the first piece, I looked down on the counter and the second bandaid piece was nowhere to be found. Next to it were the two bandaid wrappers proving 100% without a doubt I had indeed opened two bandaid pieces. No matter where I looked, on the ground, on my clothes, all over the counter, I could not find that second bandaid piece. My bandaid moved without anyone touching it, a phantom move. I knew when I studied AP physics in high school and honors physics in college, one day I would witness something levitating or going through walls. Perhaps something like that happened. Very strange.

I still do not understand the concept of spin.
I know that up and down are properties that are very usable and measurable. But what actually causes it? I get it is not literal spin. But what is it, fundamentally?

Now you tell me the mass that is there is mostly made up of stuff that doesn't really exist.
Checks out. Carry on then!

This fills an important niche. Like lots of armchair astrophysicists, I watch Brian Greene et al, and am familiar with the current failures in modern physics along with the various approaches and opinions to improve things.
Yet I have never taken a course in particle physics, so having a greater appreciation for the barriers and work-arounds that has been so successful in getting us to the Standard Model. So Bravo--I think I'll need to watch it a second time to make sure I got the gist of it, and will look at your other episodes.

This may be a dumb question but if a hydrogen is one proton and one electron could one take a proton from an atom of gold let’s say and an electron from an atom of whatever let’s say titanium put those components together and have an atom of Hydrogen?

I guess what I’m asking is at a fundamental level are the “parts” just parts?

I feel at this moment after writing this out I know the answer but if anyone has the time, it is greatly appreciated, to answer either question I would be interested in seeing if I’m right. My guess is that yes you would have an atom of Hydrogen because it doesn’t matter at that level where the parts come from only how they combine.

The different levels of vibration with ‘spaces’ between, sounds like the description of overtones. Is the overtone series a law that governs all vibration? Do light waves have overtones?

I like these videos and they have clarified many aspects of science and history for me. However, this video leaves me confused by the comment about cooling things to a temperature lower than empty space itself.
If temperature is an indication of the speeds at which subatomic particles are moving, then how could empty space have a temperature at all!
