this product, the beach babe dry shampoo, has lots of benzene, a very carcinogenic compound, in it. of course, nickol, would never recommend a product knowing this. so, just be careful out there. it seems to be a dry shampoo issue in general. most of the companies try to pawn off the responsibility to the place that made it, but then they haven't done any independent studies of their own. so, again, just be careful out there.

Love your posts, ALOT. One thing though. Years ago, when my daughter use to cut and do my hair, she recommended that I NEVER use any Pantene products, because she said that they tend to weigh hair down. That was around seven years ago. Since I don't have the privilege to ask her for her advice anymore (she's no longer with us), but I'm wondering IF those said products have changed over the course these years? I'm tempted, but am a bit wary.

You have the most beautiful hair. I definitely have hair envy. I'm 66 and mine is thin and very fine. It's hard to find products that don't weigh it down. I sure want to try the scalp treatment. Thank you for all the information.

I use wonder water on my hair about every two weeks when it gets that warm honey feeling dripping down to the ends…. I just adore it. It makes my hair extremely soft when dry and almost slimy when it’s wet it’s a beautiful product.

Your blouse is so cute! I decided to let the color fade and now I have white hair in front of my head and dark brown in the back. I don't like the white so I want to do something like lowlights but, I want to do it myself not at a salon. The last time I had highlights put in was about 2 months ago and they were put on the darker hair but, I still don't like how it makes me look older. I still have the white and it costs me over $300 just for partial highlights. I don't want to pay that kind of money again so, I need to decide what to do to the white and save money.

old. I have thin frizzy dry hair. Nothing helped! The pantene miracle rose shampoo works so well, better than expensive shampoos. Now I shampoo with rose, then after towel dry I lightly spray with Bassu Moisture Mist and then work a small amt of Adwoa moisrurizing curl defining gel through my hair. The result is great. The other 2 products are more expensive but since only a small amount is needed it lasts a very long time.

I have been using an olive oil treatment once a week. Just plain evo, heat up in the microwave, put on for 30 mins before washing your hair well.

OGX hair dry oil sprays are fabulous!! I have straight hair & not as thick as it used to be & this product I add in after shampooing & towel drying my hair. Then spray just a little & let my hair air dry. Also, I use PuraDor shampoo for thinning hair. Organic & adds tremendous shine! I do not ever use conditioner, as it weighs my hair down. Cake volume hair mousse is fabulous too for great volume!! Cake products are great but some formulas can weigh hair down due to the various oils. I love Pantene volume clear clarifying shampoo to really get the hair squeaky clean & remove residue. Garnier Fructis also has great hair serums & creams. Great for fine thin hair. Nexxus shampoos are great too.

Dear Nikol, I first watched this video a year ago and followed your suggestions. I used all the products on my waist length hair. I get compliments on my hair often. When asked about what products I use I referent to the screen shot of your channel on my phone and share it. The Wonder Water 8 I have given as Christmas gifts, my favorite.The Beach Babe dry shampoo my second favorite. Thanks for this information, I really liked the lesson on using a hair mask once per week. I have an itchy scalp even after the same day I washed it. What do you suggest? It’s even falling out quite a bit. Thought it was because I’m now getting old with old hair????? Help!!!!! Blessings

The sad thing is they all need to be fragrance free as well. Fragrances cause anaphylaxis in many people, and even when they don't they mess with your hormones. Not something any older woman needs

I bought the Pantene shampoo and conditioner. They look beautiful in the rose packaging. However, I'm bitterly disappointed. I have pure white hair, which is very dry. These products leave my hair so dry it won't even style. I need to use drugstore products because I'm on a fixed income. So far, Dove products for dry hair do a remarkably good job leaving my hair soft and silky. Once the Pantene is gone, I'll be going back to Dove.

FYI, the first ingredient in the frizz ease is cyclopentasiloxene, which is silicone.

To fix my flyaways, I use littlexttraa neatfix hair finishing stick. packed with rosemary and fenugreek, which are great for hair growth. It quickly tames my messy hair and baby hairs. I always keep it in my purse.

The Wonder Water... YES!!! I first discovered it when I found out on a clearance shelf. Amazing product!!! But there are different varieties so make sure you're getting the one you want. I use the detangling one on my granddaughter. Miracle in a bottle!
