I am 72 years old.
This is so useful! I'm 15 and had been playing basketball at ages 9-10 but then got Ill, I've just started getting better and basketball has always been something that I love, it's like an addiction so going back to it and not being as good as I was before has had a huge impact of my ego but these are helping me keep going because it helps me believe I'll one day be able to be as good (and hopefully better) than I was those years ago.
ОтветитьMy back is the problem

ОтветитьI could be mistaken but I think I read that Jason Williams used to practice with rubber gloves on a ball with no grip so that dribbling was a lot easier once there was friction between his hand and the ball. Not a bad exercise. And be careful with the finger exercises. I remember as a kid having the ball stub my outstretched finger and that hurt like a motherfucker.
ОтветитьSteph Curry
ОтветитьKyrie Irving has the best handles
