▶️GUN Production2024: Manufacturing weapon from Start to Finish – Assembly by Factory workers

Noticed this similar worksmanship a bit later twice more.....filing a part the immediately hammering it into place without cleaning file grit off first. That's twice...I would never buy from this factory...reliability and safety would be too concerning.

Early on not impressed by worksmanship. The man files then hammers the part to test fit without cleaning off the filing shavings. He does this repeatedly....that file dust/shavings is being hammered into a part where it appears tolerances are important. It is painful to watch. I would not buy a weapon from this factory if this is indicative of the quality of worksmanship.

He was filing so the gas block could be removed easily by anyone. Id like it tight on mine

Just as amazing as the production, hand-fitting & assembly of the firearms is the tailor-made, specific TOOLING & myriad automated processes that go into firearm cartridge manufacturing...
-I reload all the calibers of the multiple firearms I possess (Aside from 22 long rifle/22 magnum-although it can be done in a pinch, providing one has re-sizing dies, proper diameter projectiles & home-made rimfire priming compounds)
-Although similar in steps, the process I use is a far-cry from the automated scale we've been shown in the above video...

Workers are good, but the process is from early 20th century. This is embarrassing, from the production point of view it is really not good. the weapon may work good but they are individually made so the parts are not interchangeable. they can be proud of employees but ashamed of the production process.
