Worlds first half flat plane and cross plane in-line 6😂

Personally i would have took the three front cylinders from one engine and cut off the last cylinder and take the back 3 cylinders from the other motor and cut off the front cylinder. Welded those two together at that point. Another method would have been cut directly down the center of one of the cylinders from both engines and weld the 2 halves of a cylinder together. This would have been far more complicated than the previous mentioned.

inline 6 with 1 bank of 2 @180 & 1 bank of 2 @ 360 is about as good as it gets for strength power reliability,
Keep it low tuned and these can tow T45s all day,
