I’m going to try this but I will try using Gochujang (Korean chilli paste) Instead of the chilli bean paste. As I have gochujang in my cupboard and no chilli bean. I think it will have a similar look and taste.

Does it have to be chili bean paste? I wanna try this but that ingredient isn't available near my place. Is there any ingredient I can use other than that?

I'm addicted to this now!! I didn't have bean paste so I just used my sambal and its didnt come out quite as 'charcoal grilled' but the flavor and spice was perfect. Didn't have the liquid chicken stock either so I used a ramen flavor packet. And I also used Udon noodles and Oatmilk.... Okay so maybe I almost substituted the whole recipe but the BONES ARE THERE and this is a great soup! I'm going to try it with different kinds of noodles!!
