This is WORKOUT 2 of MAKE THE CUT - your 4 Week Shadow Boxing for Weight Loss Program.
This program is intended to get you lean, burn calories, and enhance your cardio! Prepare to sweat and challenge yourself.

We will have a total of 12 workouts. 3 new workouts a week (MON-WED-FRI) with an option for suggested workouts on this channel for a total of 5 workout days a week.

Each week, we will progressing our workouts by increasing the length of the workouts. This is how you will be charging up and boosting your metabolism.
