*IMPORTANT*
1. The '--many-faces' option changes ONLY the LEFTMOST FACE IN THE FRAME. Contrary to what I explained in the video, it does not attempt to apply it to the first person it recognizes. I'm sorry for the misinformation.
2. The installation might take some time. Please do not close the console until you see Roop window, otherwise you might encounter errors, such as missing files or Roop just closing.
3. I updated the installer to work with 'Face Enhancer'. This allows for upscaling of results with GFPGAN, albeit with possible artifacts. Re-download the .zip archive if you downloaded it before 20.09.2023. Workflow is as follows: run 'Face Swapper' to create an "output" as shown in the video; run 'Face Enhancer' on the created "output" video.
4. Make sure you have enough space on the disk you're installing Roop to. If you try to install Roop and there will not be enough space, it will most likely not work as expected.

Install everything is complete but Does not open

Hi WadRex. Your app looks like amazing. But after installation I clicked on Launch Roop.bat, I selected GPU (1) And I selected Face Swapper. But the application doesn't launch. Can you help me plz? Thanks in advance

Doesn't work, after I press 1 running with nvidia graphics, it does the same as your program, but then after that, nothing opens up.

I've managed to fix my problem where the CMD would close after selecting your options. I've changed the install location from C:/ Drive to (in my instance) D:/ Drive. I hope this helps !

Hi, nice tutorial, but I have a question. I have a Intel CPU and AMD GPU, so I said 2 when I got asked if I had Nvidia or AMD, but when is processing a deepfake, it uses the CPU and not the GPU. Basically CPU at 100% and my GPU 0%. Is intended to work like that? My CPU is Intel i3 12100 and my GPU is Rx 6600 8GB GDDR6, I guess would be faster if it use the GPU instead. But let me know please and thank you

Is there something we need to do to get Roop or GPFGAN to carry over freckles and moles? It seems to remove them when it copys the face over. Trying to restore some old photos, and the faces get cleared out it seems.
