Holy shit Aidin. I watched this on my TV but had to hop on my phone to write a comment. I’m high as shit and this was such a good video. It explained everything so well and the pictures for frames really really helped. You definitely called me right out by saying new editors will just grab clips in a chronological order and throw music / a transition over it and call it done 😅😂😂😂 I love how you wrote that it’s putting a puzzle together. So much fucking valuable content you provide man. Thank you so much!!!

Ответитьgreat video! what's the song at the end?
ОтветитьWith the new 'Freeform View' in Premiere Pro, would you now consider arranging the clips on a large artboard, perhaps on an external monitor, and then draft them into the timeline?

Ответитьi learn the rule, wide, medium and close. make sense! thanks!
ОтветитьI've just started to learn video editing, I don't have a camera etc so I'm using games to learn which clearly limits me on what shots and scenes are available to work with, but that being said, your tutorials are really helpful and are giving me insights that I just haven't found elsewhere which is essential if you're self learning ... So thanks a million and keep them coming

Ответитьi never thought about it this way, this is going to help me sooo much with my upcoming projects, thank you so much again for another really useful video :D
ОтветитьYou should do a video of the computer desktop/laptop you use and why it is good for what you use it for etc.
ОтветитьGreat idea Aidin. Thx brother
ОтветитьHow do you tell a great story while not using your clips shot in chronological order? For example, if you shoot a week of a travel adventure
ОтветитьMake a lot of sense. Love thistip.

Ответитьgreat info man! :)
ОтветитьThanks, very informative. Will be incorporating this into my workflow. You got my sub from this one vid. Keep it up bro
ОтветитьGreat vid mate. I think that these tips will go well with car shots.
ОтветитьNice video, short and sweet to the point! It does sound like you're talking about story and gluing together stuff together using theme grouping by subject layering with different levels of arcs. I like to think of a story as having progression, emotion and conclusion. For example the moving between the close, medium and wide/establishing shot is a great example of progression with a nice conclusion. The emotion coming from the music. Also as a bit of constructive feedback, maybe using the de-esser on the essential music panel might help?
Keep up the amazing work!
Believe me I used to edit like you, but there are way faster options when it comes to big projects with hundreds of files.
ОтветитьGreat video brotha! Keep killing it!
ОтветитьHow do you make a school promotional video?
