Help and kindness from a stranger! I used to work in downtown Chicago and one winter was brutal. I am short. I was wearing a floor length down coat. The wind started to push me down the street as it was so icy. I was getting very close to a busy intersection. A man saw my look of terror and he was much taller than me. He grabbed my arm and got me to a light pole to wait for the changing light. I know I told him thank you.
