Actually this DOESN'T activate the Office!! If you check the activation status, it will show that the Office is not activated and activation is required. It will allow to work as it seems but for how long?

Didn't really work.
For me too the files were in "Program Files" and not the (x86) folder. But beside that, when I started Word it asked me for a key which I have, but it did not really activate it, at least not for more than 2 days, as the message at the top clearly states.
"Word hasn't been activated. To keep using Word without interruption, activate before Tuesday October 1, 2024."
