I gotta start making these bars again. I have cravings for food all the time but i know the foods i crave are wrong for me. I recenly been eating oatmeal cookies and oat bars i buy from the market in my town and i never knew how mutch i craved nuts and oats so mutch. Would there be a more environmentally friendly option than to wrap each individual bar separately in plastic? The way you show us, that's 24 pieces of plastic...
In the 1970s these kind of bars were wrapped with wafer ('ouwel' in Dutch .. basically edible paper made from rice or potato starch)
