Halo Infinite's New Update is Great, But Doesn't Matter.

You know, this update would've been incredible but..

If Mocrosoft publishes this on PS5 the player base will explode and they'll have another chance to make this game a true success. Not that I have faith that 343 can carry the ball in that situation, but the chance would be there.

Stop playing and supporting this absolute waste product. Move on.

All I want to do is use forge from time to time and I can't even do that because its online only... The lag is insane. It's rubber banding every 10 seconds, extremely frustrating when all I'm trying to do is forge my myself...

EAC bug is the only one i get often. other than randomly having 200+ ping even though im playing with the same exact people i did in the last 10+ matches because there are only 20 people playing Halo Infinite.

Have they added the old Husky Raid maps back into the playlist? Me and the boys love playing that but they put in new maps and took off the old maps, we loved playing the one with the circle in the middle along the thin path where you drop down and get grav lifted up to cap and the one with the old japanese buildings

We need another Halo, a new Game Engine will improve the amount of content in every season, or at least i think so, Look Fortnite have you seen the last season?

I was in a spartan company called "The Dadbods" and if i remember correctly we were one of the first to get the Achilles armor set. It was such good times honestly some of the best right up there with Halo 2 - Halo Reach multiplayer days. For me that is why i believe Halo 5s multiplayer was super underrated and its right up there with Halo 2 - Reach as well. Infinite is alright but i would really like to have the setup that Halo 5 had.

I wonder if we can get our money back. I feel at this point infinite is just a giaant fraud case waiting to happen because all of the undelivered promises

As someone who occasionally dabbles in infinite with the boys for a fun night of gaming, infinite really struggles to capture the chaotic game nights we used to have. Super / Husky Raid is doing so much heavy lifting for the game at the moment. but still no multi team? still no breakout? just 300+ms matches in most playlists, with the occasional 30ms local match sprinkled in, and searching local takes 30+ mins to find a match.

I need to have my armor color that i use in the other halo's. Its teal with purple accents. Classic halo 2 pattern and a scuffed & tattered metalic shine. Medium bright teal, royal purple.

Halo Infinite is the only game that clicked with me in this swarm of online shooters.
Sad that low player count and horrible ping has rendered the game unplayable for me.

I would give infinite another crack if they removed the aim assist / reticule friction for keyboard and mouse.

I'm fairly sure the game launched on PC with this as a toggle, then it was removed and forced on. Feels like a great way to develop bad habits which carry into other games.

Been done with infinite I play party animals now 😂

Bungie and 343 are among the worst. Ive strayed away from games like this now. Fromsoftware is the only good dev in modern gaming consistently making good games and embracing the community. The rest of the industry needs to learn

Infinite is the best its ever been but it'll never be enough b/c the game at its core sucks. That's why they're focused on the new game. They've slowly added back things that were in almost every other Halo that should've been there day one. There's still weird things in the game that made it deviate from the originals that still plague the game today. Being able to instantly strafe the opposite direction without movement slow, no player physics, shitty servers, no new sandbox items... the list goes on.
