Sabemos muito bem o quanto os mods fazem diferença no game, pois eles que sustentam a maioria dos jogos e se não fosse os mods ,grande parte dos games teria já caído no limbo

Estou com muita ansiedade pelo Oasisaur e saber como será domesticação e como ele vai flutuar❤

My problem is, I would hate seeing WILD variants of the dino fly around and knowing I would have to pay to to actually tame and use them. It's one thing someone brought a tame from another map, but this... I dunno, it feels weird.

I will be interested to see the price of the pack. I mainly play with a few friends or single player so I am not worried about it being over-powered or anything. I am interested to hear from people how this works on servers where not everyone might have the dlc. The creature looks interesting but possible a little over the top. As I did with ASA, I will just wait and see what I think once we have more information. I do find it interesting that there was not mention of an Adventure pack for The Center map that is going to be released soon. I thought all the maps were getting one but I guess it will only be the story dlc maps? Nice video, it will be interesting to see what happens with the future of Ark.

I saw this, shut down my ASA server and fired up my ASE servers. I do not play P2W games nor do I host them.

Would love to have more mods but can't cuz the mod storage has a cap of how much you can have downloaded, heard it was 10gb and i swear I'm not close to that limit even when through the mods i have downloaded and have them calculated. My ps5 itself still has close to 700gb storage left

Why would they spend money when they can just build under the mesh for free

To be honest, I think they will release the big new Dino to Officials but it might be usable by other people who don't own the DLC,
Kinda similar to you not having Genesis DLCs you can't craft Genesis Structures and saddles, but if someone give it to you, you can use it.
So I think only people who own the DLC can make saddle for it or tame it maybe ? but tribesmates can use it without problem.

I’m not sure why they don’t automatically include the extra content pack with the DLC so everyone can have it and it’s not two transactions. But boo for having to pay for it regardless.

Havent touched AsA myself but could definitely see the use of that on pve myself. Depending what it eats could be a base itself like the platform creatures. Used bronto/mega bases so often on sub-maps i needed items from but didnt want to bother with a full base.

Granted, I don’t think the new creature would be ‘op’. If they mention other players are going to target them heavily then ima guess they’re just not gonna be with the taming. Only time I see it worth while is if they’re key factors to the map. Like if the desert floors of the frontier are so hot you gotta get off the ground and stay in the air. That’s my assumption. As well as the fact that those things are just straight up oasis’

they got put a limit on the oasisaurus like the titanasauras has I don't what like 20 of these things on the maps at one time.

Ark still doesn't work for me, after 5 mins the game shuts down I've given up on the game.
Playing only the old game or palworld now.

I foresee a premium mod released by a 'third party' that fixes alot of bugs & issues players have with ASA...they know what they are doing & they planned it all, albeit from a profit point of view

If they release mod under WC name less people trust/pay for it & they get 100% of profit if they release it themselves

The frontier adventure pack is a very confusing DLC. They have not said if these are their own premium mods or a official DLC like all the maps are, and what I mean by that is if they will be part of the official server DLC? From logic it would seem that these are single player or unofficial things.

I really believe they would get away with simply adding Dino/Saddle/Armour/Weapon skins as currently the cosmetics tab is HEAVILY under-utilised on official servers. Edit- They should simply just add this creature to the main game.

well i remember in the old Ark that my friend wasnt able to equip a abberation chibi bcs he didnt own the abberation DLC, maybe its the same with the pack skins etc

This creature does NOT belong on Scorched Earth, it belongs on Extinction. We should be getting a creature which matches the western theme that was advertised (and meant to honor John Dahkeya from the SE story) such as the Aurochs: A post ice age (just like the mammoth) bull from North Africa and Egypt. Raia, John's girlfriend, is an Egyptian priestess. The Aurochs is also similar to the Bison people have been wanting for a long time, so it's the PERFECT "dino" for the adventure pack. We should tell Wild Card about this and if we all push hard enough, we might be able to convince them to make the Aurochs happen in Scorched Earth where it rightly belongs.

I'm curious how the paid content would work on servers though cause if, for example, you buy the pack and i don't, can i still see the creatures on the server? Can i still see you wearing the cowboy gear? Or would the server host be able to buy it and everyone on the server gets access to it?

I'm starting to feel like the Adventure Packs are mainly focused for PvE/RP servers

We did this to ourselves. Or rather, the people who host unofficial servers and add an in-game shop where players can exchange real-life money for powerful creatures did this to us. At least I'm pretty sure that's where WildCard got the idea.

The creature is straight up PVE creature. Don't believe it will have any pvp value.

The size of the Oasisaur confuses me, cause theres a kentro and a player below it and the kentro seems a little large, and then there's what appears to be a rex on its back being the same size as the kentro

1234 its same as Fortnight hell wild card is using that Editor and has sence 2015 hell thats where you got the build issues from sence Fortnight was Parent Engin they just used its build code so unless Epic changed fortnight engine ,or Wild card wouldnt be sucking upany UX OR C++ programer the need for python coders lets me know they cant make tools in the unreal engine ....So ya Ark less of a unique game and more a Fortnight mod. but ITS GOING TO HANG CARROTS AT YA for that allmighty dollar...Shouldnt put all your eggs in one basket especally if you let another outside studio/publisher and ya 0 eggs.

Wild Card wants to do 2D sidescrolling games but not make them themselves? Seems at little bit regressive. I guess its meant to be something for bored Ark fans to do, while the wait for new maps to come out on Ascended.

Maybe having the frontier pack installed gives you an engram for a craftable food for the Oasisaur? And maybe that's how they stop people who don't own it from keeping it? I suppose we just have to wait and see. At least it looks pretty badass!

a creature like that should not be locked behind a paywall... creatures were never locked behind paywalls before, just maps, this needs to change or I think wildcard will have more issues than before.

Don't worry. It will be nerfed to oblivion so the shield is as strong as thatch. And the creatures health will match a quetzal

I bet all the current "most downloaded mods" that we all have will go premium meaning we will lose them and have buy and redownload them. Not really digging this move. Puchased skins I dont mind like the event ones for structures and gear. Be awesome if the Skins were like Rust... Player made cheap to buy and can also be sold on the steam market place.

Feel like the best solution is to have servers that have the pack and don’t, blocking things from the packs going to non pack servers

People still dashboard when rendering bases and now therevwill be huge bases flying around the map? Oh my lag... players could use them to lag out other players. And if lag forces a limit to the number allowed on a map, how fair is that to players who paid for it but can't use it?
