The Game Boy Version would give you 250 points for landing in the mailbox. It also lets you throw one on the doorstep and the mailbox for the same house Theoretically, if your reflexes were good enough, you could get 350 points per customer.

No wonder I hadn't heard of this game when the guy that they created as the character was the son of a staff member. I was only 3 yrs old when this came out.

So weird. Just a snapshot in time. We vacationed in 1985 to Tennesee. I met a kid my age. We spent the day playing this game at Siver Dollar City which is now DollyWood. Total sign of the times when Lee and I could hang out all day and his mom was cool with us going there with my folks who she never knew. We left the timeshare and never saw eachother again yet this song enters my head regularly and i think of us hanging out in that arcade at 15 years old.

This game must've been state of the art in 1984. High resolution (for its time), FM synthesis music, and speech synthesis. And look at the fluid animation.

Being 51 now bring so much memories back. There is a arcade in merced,ca accepted cans for tokens thats how my school buddies we would do. I was also a paperboy as well. Missed being a kid again. Kids these days will never get to be a kid like us back then.

Glad to have grown up with games like this. My dad introduced me to games he loved as a kid/teen and I’ve loved them ever since.
