Configure Windows Server 2019 as as FTP Server with FileZilla FTP client

Hi sir is it possible to access via the browser using ftp:// X.X.X.X

I done all steps. And I have no-ip hostname. By using this I want to connect ftp folder uisng filezilla. While connect getting Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS. How to resolve it.
