Guys! Please I want to start meditatio buy i don't know how could anyone help me?

I have been suffering with a very badly Dysregulated nervous system this last 2 years trying to make a toxic relationship work, suffering as a result, then losing my Mum. I took a risk by quitting my job when financially I couldn’t afford to. I have focused on self care, prayer, meditation, stretching, walking, qi gong, praying and meditating more and am starting to reconnect with myself and trusting that the universe will take care of me, it’s happening, I feel held and more at peace than I have in a very very long time. Thank you so much for these meditations, they are a huge part of my daily self care/love routine 🙏❤️

Giving up has been an option I've been avoiding for years. I was never trusted by my own family. Never been taken serious in life. Always doubted and overlooked. After leaving a long-term relationship and losing my grandmother just over a year ago. Family undercuts me, try and use me, or simply dismisses me after everything I do for them in such a hard time in my life. This exercise keeps me in tune properly and positively.
