Dan was a medical malpractice lawyer with an MD degree and JD. wow, guess he needed a few more classes in psychiatry.

If you look at pictures of the real Betty and Linda at the same age of 21 y/o, it's staggering how much they look alike. Dan clearly wanted new eye candy to match his new wealth and status, because he thought he was entitled to it.

I like Amanda Peet but she is so wrong for this role. She does not have the physical stature/build of Betty Broderick and she does not have her toughness. This is like Little Bo Peep playing Betty Broderick.

I still watch the Lifetime version with Merideth Baxter Berney and Stephen Colins. This story fascinated me. Can't wait to see this one...2020!
