Please disregard any comment from a strange account saying that you won a printer! I am not giving away a printer, do not engage them, just report them.
ОтветитьThat looks awesome. Kinda jealous, living the dream.
ОтветитьYou're so rich dude haha
Ответитьthe only thing i didn't like, i that you didn't send me a Prusa to play with. ;)
ОтветитьHmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm nearly ALL of the print farms use Prusa. Why? Could you please give me your case for why they are widely used? I am consider the Qidi X plus 3 (bells and whistles and large print bed) but I am also now considering Prusa considering how everyone is using them for print farms. Anyone have experience with this? Thank you!!
ОтветитьSleek! Very very nicely done e! How do you tackle fire safety?
ОтветитьThat was a very clever way to make us watch an ad. Bravo. :P
Ответить1 year later what would you change
ОтветитьIs 3d printing really harmful??? In the long run?
ОтветитьYou’re a genius. I’ve never watched a video where the video continues on the screen during the ad. Great job. I wish other channels would do this. This alone made me subscribe.
ОтветитьHave you tried recycled PETG? I'm using proto-pasta simply black recycled petg filament and its working a charm and helping reduce/reuse plastic
ОтветитьI'm jealous. Not over the farm but you have the space to do it.
Ответитьfor a passionate, it's never an overkill... never! 😎
ОтветитьYou have got me hooked my friend 👌
ОтветитьCool Setup and nice video! Do you pay $40 for each roll of prusament or have you figured out a way to get it cheaper? I like to use it but its just so expensive that I just try to perfect my prints with a cheaper petg filament.
ОтветитьYou killin brother!! I'm an organization freak like you so I dig it!!!
ОтветитьSir, your videos are of exceptional quality ! I am considering starting up a farm, and I watch your more recent video relating to the P1P. Would you, if you started over, rather do 4 x P1P, or still 9 x Prusa ? Im guessing the volumes you can do, but I think you catch my drift. Thanks for great content !
ОтветитьAny chance you could put a list of what you have there?
ОтветитьThis is my dream
ОтветитьPure Starfleet baby.
Ответитьwhy not use bambu printers instead of prusa printers?
ОтветитьGreat video. But I see one issue. Your "work surface" has no leg room which is killer on the back I'd recommend a table with underneath leg room.
ОтветитьNo overkill at all, looks great , thinking about doing something similar
ОтветитьI love watching your videos. You give me hope.
ОтветитьWhat is he going to print?
ОтветитьAnother great video thanks. Curious with the print farm, what do you do about the fumes? I've got two 3D printers and keep the room ventilated when I'm printing, but with that many printers aren't you worried about your health? Or do you have something in place I don't see? Stay healthy.
ОтветитьGreat setup! Can you share the brand and size of your shelving unit? I am interested in a similar setup.
ОтветитьI have been running 11 Mk3’s and 2 Mini’s on a dedicated 20A circuit. Just received 2 more Mk3’s. I found your video while searching for some farm upgrades before adding the new printers. I’m a little older and crouching down to floor level for part and filament swaps sucks. Anyways, if 15 printers trips the breaker I’ll let you know.
ОтветитьSorry just got to view. You might already know the blue bins may slide off the back of the shelf. Need a strip of wood on the back to prevent sliding off the back. Good move getting the roll around tool chest. Kinda wish I would have done a couple in my shop but then I wouldn't have been able to buy your plans and make the cabinets.😁
ОтветитьDid you consider any other printer other than the Prusa? Hope you do a printer centric video in the future. I plan on getting a printer some day soon. I like how you have made it useful for the shop.
ОтветитьThat $10,000 will get you one pretty decent printer.
Ответитьcould you upgrade the prusa to use a conveyor system so they just eject the finished prints
ОтветитьI really Like Ur setup and ideas. I'll make aimilar like Ur workshop soon in sha Allah. Thanks a lot.
ОтветитьThose husky racks are great! I have a bunch. But $159 vs the $350 they want now for the same thing at HD
ОтветитьIf I say overkill I feel like you might get a woody. So, I will say the pavers etc are overkill although the lighting is not. I am tired of using a flashlight to look at my prints. Symmetrical printers, I’m with you, but more filament storage is definitely a must. Well done and look forward to more videos about this topic.
ОтветитьI’m from the uk and like the solutions you have for the mitre saw dust collection. I have an evolution mitre saw, not sure what the American version would be. Do you post to the uk if I give you the model number of my saw.
ОтветитьThat's just so......beautiful 😍 Great work!
Ответитьwhat shelf is that ?
ОтветитьCan I ask a question if u have time my bro??
Q. What is the best filament for printing Gantry's for the CNC I'm wanting to build in my shop?? I'm looking to buy a good 3D printer to go with my Laser Engraver but I'm not sure which is the best model for a price range of 350 Euros?? Could u give me some advice please my bro?
If anybody in the comments could help I would also greatly appreciate the advice good ppl..
I have a different brand chin clamp than yours, but these things work great, don't they?
ОтветитьCheck out 3dque to get those mk3’s automated!
ОтветитьBrother you keep talking down on yourself for the decisions you make, when in fact they are very logical and smart choices. If you want things to last, you go a little overboard. 3/4" ply: Strudy, cost efficient, simple. Lights: Cheap, HQ, Tried and true, on hand. The foam and concrete trick: You've watched the same video, you know it works :) Listen to ur head. Its got great ideas :D
ОтветитьWhy would he buy Pursas and not Enders?
ОтветитьJust keep in mind this farm is right next to your HVAC system, so if there is anything emitted, it will be circulated around your house. I don't fully know the characteristics of PETG but I'd be 110% sure you don't need a HEPA filter or any kind of tent system around that
ОтветитьI have 16 Prusa Mk3s+ in my print farm, I should do a video about them soon i bet it will really help some people
ОтветитьI followed your lead and built a printer rack with 24" pavers, foam flooring bases and with an orange apron (I like the orange Prusa's yeah weird). I only have three Prusa's and scrambling to get more. Really love your setup and I think this will work for me. Thanks for sharing..
ОтветитьNice setup! Do you sell 3d files or just the parts?
ОтветитьTHAT is impressive!
