Strength=Gyomei. Physically the biggest and just confirmed through lore essentially.

Running speed=Tengen

Reaction speed=Gyomei. Has been in the corp the longest so hes developed sharp senses and therefore reactions. His senses aren't as developed as Tengens though. I'd say at best him and the sound pillar are equals or Uzui being ever so slightly better.

Technique speed=Mitsuri. Confirmed by being compared to Tengen. The fact she was compared to only Tengen,tells us that he was already the most flamboyant in that regard and amongst other Hashira.

Overall combat speed=Tengen

Endurance=Tengen and Sanemi. In the databook it is said wind breathing requires a lot of Endurance because of its repeated strikes+Nemis feats. Tengen gets this too because of the feats he's pulled off as well as sound breathing being stated(in the databook) to "combine a bunch of physical combat+ swordplay so running and jumping are important. Thus,training to improve basic physical fitness is crucial".

Stamina=Tengen. Not only does he train every hashira and remaining slayer in this attribute but his feats show it as well. Also being confirmed in the databook that his lung capacity is "freakishly high" compred to every other pillar.

BIQ=Tengen. He's confirmed constantly to be very perceptive and aware of his entire surrounding. Sound breathing was confirmed that in the databook as well. Also he literally has MST.

IQ=Shinobu. I mean this one is quite obvious so I won't touch upon this that long.

Swordsmanship=Obanai. In the databook its said that even though serpent breathings slashes are ever shifting,its precision is uncanny. Also Obanai is just heavily implied via hashira training arc. It states he teaches sword refinement and precision even though he does all those twist and curves.

Weaponry=Gyomei and Tengen. Gyomei because hes got a spiked ball and axe+range. Tengen has 2 exploding swords,bombs+wisteria laced kunai.

Offensive capabilities=Tengen,Gyomei,Sanemi and Rengoku. These guys' fighting styles are the most destructive and offensive as one can get.

Defensive capability=Tengen and Giyu. Tengen literally has bombs that he can just toss out+4th form. Giyus got 11th+water breathings overall nature to be fluid and adapting.

Flexibility=Obanai,Mitsuri,Sanemi and Tengen.

Agility=Tengen,Sanami,Obanai and Muichiro

Potential=Muichiro

Hax=Tengen and Sanemi. Sanemis marechi and Tengens MST.


Overall
Tengen and Gyomei are the top dogs.

Giyuu has better stamina than Obanai imo, he had fought Akaza, then undrugged Muzan and had also held DKT tho he had one arm. Obanai didn't even lay a scratch on Nakime and he wasn't injured that's why he could fight drugged Muzan, yet he died after that
